A. uKnitcode(uKnit://...) serves as a link to sync your contacts of iPhone so that the app can be synchronized in the native address book and reliably. If you delete uKnitcode, your linked data in uKnit app may be missing. Of course, your communication logs are not removed, but using for asynchronous data will be difficult or limit in using app.
